New You Tube Playlist for “Texas Tales from a Lone Star” videos

(In the end this didn't work; See my short-story "2nd attempt" on October 21, 2024 for a link to my 2nd try, an entire YouTube channel devoted to "Texas Tales from a Lone Star.")

You Tube made me stop uploading videos to my new "Texas Tales from a Lone Star" playlist on my channel. They made me submit my verification and wait 24 hours. Stopped at 9. I have about 5,000. So aggravating. Oh well, there are 9 new videos on my You Tube channel. The idea I was going for was just to submit short, unedited footage I'd taken so people could enjoy and share them. So far I have one of my very best of my drummer friend, Gabriel, when we were first starting out. He's from Orlando and would fly in. He's a drummer. So we had the hardest time finding places we could film him that had a drum kit already set up and musicians already ready for him to just jump on stage with, so I could film him. We looked for open jam nights. We found this one in Jonestown, Texas. I already knew it was a major hub for local pro musicians, through the grapevine, and having gone there and played there many times. I didn't know the guys he got up on stage with. I love their surprise at him. That's my Gabe. Then I found a folder of a trip to Luckenbach, Texas I took alone, at a later date. That folder had some good video footage in it. Luckenbach and The Lyndon B. Johnson National Historic Park, and points in between. Then they made me stop. Brother. Ok, back to my books. I have new stories on my page. xo Angel

"Texas Tales from a Lone Star" began as the creation of Angel Isaacs as a Producer at Channel Austin in Austin, Texas (now Austin Public television). The station is owned by the City of Austin and their shows are distributed throughout Central Texas and on the internet. The idea was based around the local professional music scene of Austin, Texas, "Live Music Capital of the World." In addition to local music Angel also filmed a variety of Texas restaurants, day-trips, events, museums, attractions, and places. Shortly after the first season she decided to continue to produce both her videos and short-stories independently using her own resources. She then expanded the idea to "Texas Tales from a Lone Star: Afar" when she filmed outside of Texas. She also writes "Texas Tales from a Lone Star" short-stories about her various adventures.
