Connecting Off-grid land to Off-grid people

Today's interest... I just connected my off-grid camping lot group to my off-grid interested people group. I write a lot about my land in the Ozarks but not so much about my land in Florida. I call the Ozarks' property, "Angel Creek." I call the Florida property, "The Limberlost Camp." I used to have a page for it before my profile page got hacked and I lost access. But it is super interesting as well, I just focused on the Ozarks property first. I now have it developed so I'm looking at the Florida one again. Here's what I said to both groups:
To the off-grid people group: "I bought 1/3rd of an acre for an off-grid camp in 2017. I bought it an hour south of Orlando in a place called River Ranch, near Lake Wales. I keep up with their various groups and posts. I just suggested they pay better attention to off-grid groups and start marketing the land towards them because it is perfectly suited for those who would like to live off-grid. That is allowed here. You just can't build a permanent structure, it has to be something like an rv or storage container, van, or tent. Once you own your camp lot you are allowed to live there if you want to. I bought mine for that reason but haven't developed it yet. I'm fixing up my van so that it can navigate the muddy and sandy trails so I can get to my lot. It is 44,000 acres of wilderness, with a section set aside for camp lots. I thought this group should be aware it exists because so many people are looking for land and it is hard to find. Blessings!"
To the off-grid camp lots group (my response to someone who posted they need to focus on hunting more): "Excellent! And FAMILY oriented. Start by approaching the companies SELLING the Access Deeds and Campsites. Give them new ideas on HOW to market RR. If you go look at their websites THEY are the source of turning it the direction it has gone because of their ads and because of to whom and where they place their ads. I’d suggest marketing it to Off-grid people who want to live off the land (ties in with hunting/families) without all the zoning restrictions Florida has become stringent in creating. There is an entire swelling market of those folks and they have the old fashioned mindsets that RR was created for in the first place. I have a lot of the original advertising flyers. Ties into Trump now reducing all the asinine govt. agencies that were created to destroy our morals and patriotism.
Also, it was not originally just a camp for hunting. It was primarily marketed as an investment in a central Florida location. It has proven to have tremendous unrealized value because of that. Originally we had full access to the Kissimmee river and it bordered our land. I don't know why we lost that. It was marketed as an investment, for recreation, hunting, fishing, cattle, boat riding, horse riding, cooking and activities for both families and groups, planting and foraging plants and medicinal plants, almost primarily for families, and as a place where you could build a shelter and live off-grid. Those activities created the value of the land to supplement the location. We need to recover that and if we do so we will recover the full value. xo"
